Ok so "galactic disaster aversion" is kind of too-literal-and-yet-not of a title. I'm going to seriously crack down on my writing; due to some life choices sparked by college shit which have caused me to finally want to focus on a career as an author. And so I need to think of some actually acceptable/good titles. Y'know, like how I wanna call my short-story collection "Shortlits?" (no, I still haven't forgotten about that) or the "hark the weeping angels" thing, stuff like that...
So like, here's some that have been floating around my head lately.
Pink trees and blue aliens (with or without some witty-ish surtitle like "Or: the accidental semi-invasion of of Earth by the Quantusepii race)
How the pale blue dot met the dark blue aliens
Pssh, I dunno. The first, in some variant, is my favorite. But I gotta like, do something that sounds intelligent, or witty, or whatnot. Not blatantly obvious, or boring
Still like "When Jeb came to town," not sure but think I'll stick with "Fox's cunning con," I find the semi-alliteration (they sound like they start the same, even though it's K and C) of "A very Krampus Christmas," and as for storylines stuck only in my head for now, I'll work on titles for them later lol
Anyway I know it's been a while since I updated. Things got hectic with the last month or so of school, and with my moving back home (for now) I've been trying to focus on moving out, and some of my shortish-term goals and whatnot. I could discuss more in-depth about my school stuff, career decision, family situation, etc. at another point (I thought of doing so on youtube so I could share it here, on facebook, and elsewhere all at once, but I'm not sure).
Although it's likely broken-recordish by now, expect much from me in the coming months as I start to crack down more on my writing and focusing and whatnot.
